These are pre-made items and cannot be customized. You have 24 hours after receiving your order to report any issues. Please open and inspect your orders promptly. This is to ensure that damage reported occurred from delivery, and not at the fault of the buyer's misuse of item. Due to varying sizes of car cup holders, we cannot guarantee a tumbler will fit to your vehicle and refunds will not be issued for tumblers that do not fit. **No two cups are the same, and minor imperfections are normal. I strive for absolute perfection in every cup, and go above and beyond to make your tumblers as perfect as possible, but I am only human. Please be aware of possible cross contamination with glitter and possible minor imperfections as these are handmade items.
